The most important questions about our subscription
You can edit your existing subscription in the subscription management area. You can find this in the user account section after you log in.
You can edit your order up to 10 p.m. at the latest the day before it is processed. Subscription orders are generated by our system between 10 p.m. and 3 a.m. to guarantee you the most punctual delivery possible.
You can edit your subscription as often as you like but all changes must be completed by 10 p.m. the day before the order is processed.
If a product is not available, you will get an email 3 days before your subscription is processed. This means you have time to edit your order and prevent shortages. If you do nothing, the order will be shipped without the product that is not available.
This change cannot be carried out automatically. However, you can add the product before the order is processed via the subscription management area and remove it again at the desired point in time. The subscription management area can be found in the user account section after logging in.
Orders cannot be edited or cancelled retrospectively. You can return the order to us. You will receive a credit for the returned items once the goods have arrived back in our warehouse.
No, the free gift will automatically be replaced by another one over time.
By going to “Subscription management”, you can see the day on which your order will be fulfilled by our system. Delivery typically takes place within 2-3 working days – for deliveries within Germany. For shipping to outside Germany, the delivery time is usually approx. 3-6 working days. It is possible for delivery to be delayed due to package shipping periods, or due to weekends or public holidays which may fall during that period.
When you purchase your subscription, the first delivery will be carried out straight away, and you can choose to set any interval you want for your future orders. Depending on the package’s shipping period, you will then receive your package 2-3 working days later – for deliveries within Germany. For shipping to outside Germany, the delivery time is usually approx. 3-6 working days. To alter the interval between deliveries as often as you wish later on, simply go to the “Subscription management” tab of your account.
Yes, you can pause your subscription once. To do so, log in to your customer account, go to the subscription admin area and click on ‘suspend next order’.
To cancel an existing subscription, log in and go to the subscription management area in your user account. You can cancel your subscription here by clicking on the cancel subscription button.
You can cancel your subscription up to 3 days before the next order is processed.
